Having been coaching within sport as a coach and a coach educator it is really exciting to have widened the field with my NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy. 

As well as coaching and training groups, I am passionate about working with young people,and thoroughly love seeing their self esteem blossom as they grow in confidence and emerge into fabulous adults, ready to take on the world!

Personal Development isn't just a job with me, it's my hobby; getting satisfaction from helping others to develop their potential and continually learning and upgrading my own coaching portfolio of qualifications.
